Client Facility Assessment. Define client’s specific cleaning requirements by:

- Assessing occupants’ specific cleaning
requirements with particular emphasis on special needs or

- Reviewing existing cleaning policies
and procedures;
- Itemizing current
chemical/product/equipment; and

Client Green Clean Program Planning.
Based on the facility assessment and client communication, Green Leaf will develop a customized program to improve facility health and cleaning efficiency. By assessing facility strengths and areas of improvement, the program identifies cleaning goals and develops measurable, achievable benchmarks.
Program Implementation.
Green Leaf adheres to the customized cleaning program policies and procedures. To ensure quality service, Green Leaf’s management conducts routine inspections to evaluate custodial performance.
Evaluation:

Green Leaf follows green cleaning procedures and protocol with all of its services. Proper chemical mixing procedures are an important facet of green cleaning as they ensure the correct amount of chemicals are used in order to lessen waste. Green Leaf uses only chemical mixing stations that assure accuracy and adhere to industry standardized training methods. All chemicals, equipment and products utilized are green certified and/or meet standards for health and environmental concerns.
