Resolve's lean management team is made up of proven executives that have successfully founded, launched, and managed to a successful breakout several leading software and consulting services firms in this space.  Having held executive management positions in organizations such as Micromuse, Inc. (now a part of IBM) and generationE Technologies, the team understands the strengths and benefits of automation solutions in large technology infrastructures, and can translate that knowledge into solid business opportunities.

Casey Kindiger, CEO

Mr. Kindiger has over a decade of experience in advising large organizations in the area of Business Service Management; and more specifically on aligning IT Operations with the needs and priorities of the overarching business.  Mr. Kindiger joined Deloitte and Touche’s Network and Systems Quality practice in the mid-90s where he had a unique role in advising clients on how to predict and measure the return on large investments in IT Operations improvements.  After much focused work in this area, Mr. Kindiger co-founded generationE Technologies in early 2000 to offer a discreet portfolio of solutions that focus on measured, predictable operational improvements in large IT infrastructures. 
 
Mr. Kindiger has since led generationE to a preeminent position in their space with more than 15 Fortune 100 clients and over $22 Million in revenues.  Mr. Kindiger graduated with Honors with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Chicago.

Duke Tantiprasut, PhD., CTO

Dr. Tantiprasut has been a visionary in the field of Network Management, IT Automation, and OSS Architecture since beginning his career in the early 90s at Bell Labs.  Mr. Tantiprasut was a primary innovator and architect as the Chief Software Architect for several successful software companies, including Network Harmoni and Micromuse, Inc. before envisioning the next wave of innovation in IT Operations with Resolve.  

Mr. Tantiprasut is a tireless leader adept at cultivating the best software development organizations in the industry, but also manages to find time to tend to his love of golf.  Mr. Tantiprasut earned  his PhD at Curtin University of Technology in Australia.


Christian Mack, EVP Sales

Mr. Mack is responsible for the strategy and execution of sales for Resolve. Mr. Mack has more than a decade of management consulting experience focused on advising large organizations in the area of IT Service Management.  Mr. Mack joined Sterling Systems practice in the mid-90s where he had a leadership role in advising clients on how to automate IT Operations and business processes. 

After considerable work in Industry, Mr. Mack co-founded generationE Technologies in early 2000 where he performed a number of key leadership functions during the rise of the company, including leading sales and professional services.  Mr. Mack graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics from the University of Chicago.
