Resolve’s founders have seen firsthand the challenges involved in delivering effective IT and Network Operations with a constant stream of disruptive innovations happening across the technology stack. This experience provided the insight to conceive first, of a technology that enables ubiquitous automation to contain the spiraling costs of IT and Network Operations and then, applying it to  next generation software products that integrate information from multiple disparate software systems.  The products would use approaches that leverage available open source technology and utilize emerging web technologies and standards to reduce implementation complexity, improve scalability and finally solve critical business problems.
